CHARLES RICHARDSON: At the Richardson Law Firm, we handle cases for individuals and that’s in the plaintiff’s arena. So we are suing so that you can recover how you’ve been damaged.

You know what really distinguishes the Richardson Law Firm is our passion for the client. Many lawyers don't get to know their client and we want to know you. The only way we can really represent you is to know you so that we can go to an adjuster, another attorney, or to a jury and help them understand what’s happened to you.

We meet as a group on every case. We’ll have a different person from each area of our firm to help us determine what’s the story. The way we develop that is from talking to the client and learning their story. And then once we have that information, we’re then capable of taking a direction in that case.

Our ultimate goal for a client is for them to be able to grow through the process. Typically that means taking their case to a victory and collecting for them the amount of money they need. But many clients, it doesn’t end there. So we want to work with them so when they leave our law firm, they can move on with their life and put this chapter behind them.
